Conductor LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist I to configure and implement Conductor solutions for enterprise customers during onboarding. You will set up accounts, align data and reporting with business priorities, and drive reliable project delivery.

Fluent English and German (C1) are required, with at least 2 years in implementation, strong communication and project-management skills, and experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

The Implementation Specialist I is responsible for configuring and implementing Conductor solutions for enterprise customers during the onboarding stage of the customer lifecycle. This role ensures that customers begin their partnership with a well-structured account, reliable data, meaningful performance tracking, and a configuration aligned with their business priorities.

In the role, you’ll manage complex implementation projects involving account architecture, keyword and content strategy, AI Search Performance configuration, and analytics integrations. The role requires a combination of technical problem-solving, strategic thinking, project management, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding implementation of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring that each account is configured accurately and aligns with the customer’s business objectives.
• Develop scalable account structures for complex enterprise organizations, including business units, product lines, geographic markets, audience segments, and other relevant reporting dimensions.
• Conduct and implement keyword research, keyword categorization, page groups, and competitive research within the Conductor platform.
• Configure AI Search Performance tracking, including the development and implementation of customer personas, topics, and prompts.
• Provide strategic guidance on persona development to ensure AI Search Performance tracking accurately reflects the customer’s audiences, business priorities, products, and services.
• Partner with customers to understand their search strategy, reporting needs, competitive landscape, and prioritized areas of the business.
• Configure, validate, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for customer analytics integrations, including Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Investigate data discrepancies and integration issues, identify potential causes, and coordinate appropriate solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the onboarding process, providing clear updates regarding implementation progress, outstanding requirements, risks, and next steps.
• Create and maintain implementation plans, progress-tracking resources, and supporting documentation that improve transparency and keep complex projects organized.
• Present research findings, account structure recommendations, and implementation strategies to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to established timelines.
• Use artificial intelligence tools in day-to-day workflows to support research, data analysis, documentation, quality assurance, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy, relevance, data quality, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate implementation processes.
• Contribute to the development of internal documentation, best practices, training materials, and implementation standards.
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members by providing process guidance, training, and subject-matter expertise.
• Identify emerging customer needs, implementation challenges, and industry trends that may inform future process, service, or product improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong English-language & German-language proficiency (at least C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in implementation
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers by phone or video conference regarding account configuration and implementation.
• Ability to clearly explain technical and strategic concepts to a range of audiences.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of complex implementation projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer implementations and competing priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong analytical skills with close attention to accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
• Strong knowledge of the Conductor platform or the ability to quickly develop advanced platform expertise.
