Your Role

As a Business Systems Engineer, you will sit at the critical intersection of our technical operations, commercial teams and customer teams, translating business objectives into high‑performing automated solutions. As an IT‑business hybrid, your role is to understand how our customers operate, design the technical architecture that connects our platform to their business systems, and translate their real‑world needs into scalable engineering requirements.

What You’ll Do

• System Ownership: Take end‑to‑end responsibility for configuring and deploying CONXAI’s productized AI solutions for enterprise customers, handling customer‑specific configurations and operational delivery
• Customer Integration Architecture: Design, build and deploy the connections between our AI solutions and customers' enterprise systems
• Strategic Partnering: Act as a primary solutions architect and technical partner, mapping complex business requirements into scalable solutions
• Product Feedback Loop: Gather real‑world technical issues to help product and engineering teams prioritize features that deliver the most value

What We’re Looking For

• The Ultimate Hybrid: Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Business Systems, serving as the direct link between enterprise customers and internal product teams
• Integration & Coding Fluency: Hands‑on programming experience with practical experience building and maintaining APIs and data integration pipelines
• Enterprise Tech Literacy: Deep knowledge of ERPs and CRMs, plus the ability to quickly master industry software like Procore, Autodesk and project management suites
• Consultative Communication: Confidently engage executives to grasp their business challenges, then collaborate with engineers to design the solution
• First‑Principles Problem Solver: A self‑driven operator who thrives in uncertainty and loves untangling complex, messy customer data
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to collaborate directly with key enterprise customers and align deployment strategies on‑site
• Language Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both German and English
