• Works directly with clients to manage initial system setup, integration configuration, data mapping, and transfer activities during deployment.
• Configures and customizes applications to meet client business processes and integration requirements.
• Designs and tests interfaces, API connections, and data flows to ensure successful system interoperability.
• Tests and troubleshoots functionality across implemented and integrated systems to validate performance and resolve technical issues.
• Identifies and documents functional and integration issues for escalation to product and system integration teams for resolution.
• Creates process documentation, including functional requirements, design specifications, and lessons learned.
• Provides technical feedback to product and professional services teams based on client experiences to drive solution and process improvements.
• Provides or coordinates client training related to implemented and integrated solutions.
• Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.
• May work directly with clients on-site or support projects remotely.
• May participate in pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations or integration scoping discussions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our software solution by providing valuable insights from a customer support perspective.
