Job summary

Ayvens sucht eine/n IKS-Beauftragte/n (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung des Risk Management-Teams. Sie prüfen das interne Kontrollsystem, unterstützen Fachbereiche bei Weiterentwicklungen und koordinieren Prüfungen mit der Konzernzentrale. Zudem erstellen Sie Berichte und Guidance zur Risikominderung.

Sie verfügen über ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, mehrjährige Erfahrung im IKS/Risiko/Compliance und sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse. Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht o. ä.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Internes Kontrollsystem (IKS), Risikomanagement, Compliance oder Revision.
• Verständnis von Governance-, Risiko- und Kontrollprozessen.
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von Prozessprüfungen zur Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit des IKS.
• Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Weiterentwicklung des IKS.
• Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Kontrollen und Prüfungen.
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Statusberichte für das Management.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Im Mittelpunkt Deiner Tätigkeit stehen folgende Schwerpunkte: Durchführung von Prozessprüfungen zur Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) sowie der Angemessenheit bestehender Kontrollen
• Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des IKS unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Richtlinien
• Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Kontrollen und Prüfungen, die durch die Konzernzentrale beauftragt werden
• Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Feststellungen sowie Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten Maßnahmenumsetzung
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Statusberichte für das Management
• Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung und Optimierung interner Prozesse
• Mitwirkung an NFR- und internen Kontrollprojekten
• Erstellung und Pflege von Richtlinien, Dokumentationen und Verfahrensanweisungen im Zusammenhang mit dem IKS
• Erstellung strukturierter und adressatengerechter Prüfungsberichte
• Förderung des Kontroll- und Risikobewusstseins innerhalb der Organisation

Das bringst Du mit:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Internes Kontrollsystem (IKS), Risikomanagement, Compliance, Revision oder Internal Controls
• Verständnis von Governance-, Risiko- und Kontrollprozessen
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und zu dokumentieren
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
