Riverty, part of Bertelsmann, is seeking an Identity Governance & Integration Expert (Entra ID & Omada) to join our IT and security teams in Germany or Estonia with flexible working conditions.
You will design and implement integration between Microsoft Entra ID and Omada Identity, contribute to enforcing governance controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions across platforms. Fluency in English and German is a plus.
Company Description Everyone's story matters. Come shape your story with us at Riverty.
To one of our 30 hybrid workspaces—designed for exchanging ideas, learning from others, and shaping the way we work—an international community of over 4,000 people across 11 countries and almost 80 nationalities. United by one mission: combining empathy, advanced technology and data‑driven insights to keep people and businesses in flow, with payments made for them so they don’t have to worry about it.
We are part of the family‑owned Bertelsmann group, established and corporate, in a fast‑paced industry. We enable flexible payments in various sectors, simplifying the financial management of well‑known brands and helping people repay debt to build financial confidence. In short: shaping FinTech.
Location: Germany (Berlin, Baden‑Baden, Verl) or Estonia (Tallinn) with flexible working conditions available.
Backgrounds outside traditional IT are welcome. This role is particularly well‑suited for professionals with experience in IT audit, risk, or compliance who have already gained initial hands‑on exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance (IGA) and are looking to deepen their technical expertise.
Your understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DORA, ISO 27001 and control design will be highly valuable when translating compliance requirements into scalable identity governance solutions. This role bridges the gap between compliance and technology, giving you the opportunity to actively implement the controls you previously assessed.
We want to be a fair and inclusive employer. We value the diverse perspectives that a diverse workforce brings to the table. Therefore, we are actively looking for people who enrich our company through their identity, background and personal experiences, with or without a disability.
