As an IAM Engineer you are at the forefront of designing deploying and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions based on One Identity Manager. Your role is crucial in enabling secure and efficient identity lifecycle management ensuring seamless integrations with key business systems and automating access governance believe identity is at the core of trust and were looking for an IAM Engineer who shares that collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable and scalable solutions that support our enterprise IAM strategy across multiple regions and technologies.

In this position you work within our hybrid model Highly Remote . Find out more about this model contractually agreed place of work will be Unterföhring near Munich or Berlin. Possible travel costs to the place of work will not be reimbursed.

What you can expect in this role

• You contribute to the implementation / configuration deployment and management of One Identity Manager
• Also you evelop and maintain custom scripts connectors and workflows
• You support integrations with directory services (AD EntraID) source systems (SAP SF / HCM etc) ITSM / SRM (ServiceNow) and various target systems
• Besides that you troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues
• You stay up to date on IAM security trends tools and threats

Your essential experience and education

• You have several years of hands‑on experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms especially One Identity with solid skills in C# .NET and PowerShell scripting
• You have a strong understanding of Directory Services including Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• You are experienced in using REST APIs and SQL databases for system integration and data queries
• Also you are familiar with authentication protocols such as SAML OAuth and OpenID Connect and with the key challenges of IAM integration
• You are fluent in English German language skills are a plus
