Responsibilities include developing test plans, managing test activities, and executing component testing while collaborating with internal teams and external labs. A proactive and independent worker is preferred.

• Development of test plans based on internal and external requirements
• Planning the test activities of internal test departments and external test houses.
• Management of implementation to meet project and customer deadlines.
• Reporting to the specialist department, project management, customers and suppliers.
• Planning and execution of component and system tests.
• Good experience in board level and product level ECU hardware verification and validation.
• Board bring up and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Vector tools such as CANoe, CANanalyser, VFlash, and vTESTstudio.
• Good experience in CAN bus simulation(RBS) using CANoe.
• Support test Manager on detailed planning and team coordination.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)
• Ability to travel 5%-10% of time ay external labs and other test facilities globally
• Fluent in German
• 2.5 years of experience in electronics hardware testing in automotive sector
• Experience performing tests
