Now, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer in our office in Germany

Responsibilities
  • HRBP for IPS Germany and Switzerland
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition.
  • Payroll Preparation.
  • Contract Management.
  • Recruitment Processes in Germany / Switzerland.
  • Onboarding / Offboarding Process
  • Compensation & Labor Relations: support with Local retribution system improvement, ensuring compliance, employment law and legal requirements.
  • Support on local implementation of Global HR Policies
  • Support our people questions related to regulations and any other people related queries.
  • Training and Development - Collaborate with National training needs and assign the team to the Global training.
  • Follow up of annual performance process.
  • Support on having HR reports headcount, FTE, turnover…) and update Human Resources Information System (Zoho People).
