Jobbeschreibung

We are Kintiga (formerly MAP Patient Access, Axtalis, and SKC), a pan-European specialist consultancy that partners with ambitious health technology developers through the complex journey to achieve successful market access across Europe, with our tailored approach, global perspective and local expertise.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our German business as the main local HR contact, while also contributing to wider Kintiga HR initiatives.

This is a broad, hands‑on HR role with a clear local remit for Germany and an important connection into the wider Group HR agenda. You will combine trusted HR advice to leaders, German employment expertise, HR process implementation, HRIS activity and defined local office coordination. The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable supporting both people‑related topics and the day‑to‑day activities that help a small to mid‑sized local team run well.

You will work closely with the Managing Director Germany and the Senior HR Manager, supporting local leaders and project/people leads with feedback, development, performance and employee‑related conversations. You will also help translate agreed Group HR activity into clear, practical ways of working for Germany, ensuring local employment, cultural and operational requirements are considered and embedded effectively.

This role may suit an experienced HR generalist or Senior Personalreferent who is ready to step into a broader local HR Manager‑style role, while remaining hands‑on and close to the business. You will need the judgement, confidence and follow‑through to support leaders independently, improve local HR delivery and contribute to wider Kintiga HR initiatives.

Germany HR advisory and execution
  • Act as the main local HR contact for the German business, owning day‑to‑day HR advisory support and providing practical, senior HR advice to managers and local leaders
  • Support local HR activity across the employee lifecycle, applying German employment practice and agreed Kintiga HR processes in a pragmatic and proportionate way
  • Support payroll‑related HR processes in coordination with internal and external providers
  • Apply sound judgement to local HR matters, balancing employee experience, business needs, German requirements and risk
  • Coach and support local leaders and project/people leads to handle feedback, development, performance and employee conversations clearly and constructively.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation, confidentiality, follow‑up and escalation for sensitive or higher‑risk matters
  • Identify local HR themes, risks and improvement opportunities and feed these into wider HR planning
  • Manage accurate local HRIS data and documentation for Germany, using BambooHR to support employee lifecycle activity, reporting, workflow follow‑up and continuous process improvement.
Kintiga‑wide HR input, German adoption and embedding
  • Bring German perspective in the design and review of Kintiga‑wide HR frameworks, processes, systems and communications
  • Ensure German employment, cultural and operational requirements are considered early in Group HR discussions
  • Provide practical challenge and solutions where a Group approach may need clarification, adaptation or a different implementation route for Germany
  • Translate agreed Group HR activity into clear local guidance and practical ways of working
  • Support adoption and embedding of HR changes in Germany through clear communication, practical follow‑up and feedback gathering
  • Monitor how group HR processes are working locally and recommend improvements where needed.
  • Lead or contribute to one agreed HR specialist workstream, based on skills, business priorities, workload and complexity
  • Build knowledge in the agreed area, including external good practice, market insight and current internal practice
  • Review what is working well across regions and where greater clarity, consistency or improvement may be needed
  • Develop practical recommendations, guidance, templates or process improvements for review
  • Lead roll‑out, feedback gathering and continuous improvement in the agreed area
  • Sharing learning with the wider HR team to build capability across the function
Office management and local coordination
  • Coordinate clearly defined office management and local back‑office responsibilities for the German business
  • Manage agreed office routines, local suppliers, visitor arrangements and practical employee support
  • Coordinate a clearly defined set of practical office and local support activities in Hannover, helping to create a positive and well‑organised employee and office experience
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist, HR advisory, HR manager or Senior Personalreferent role
  • Confident using an HRIS to maintain employee data, support employee lifecycle processes, manage documentation and workflows
  • Excellent working knowledge of German employment practice
  • Strong judgement, discretion and follow‑through when handling sensitive HR issues
  • Confident building trust, influencing constructively and challenging where needed
  • Practical, solution‑focused and commercially aware
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with strong working English
  • Well organised, hands‑on and comfortable working with shifting priorities
  • Able to work independently while knowing when to elevate or seek specialist advice
  • Experience in consultancy, professional services or a project‑based environment
  • Working in a group structure or recently integrated business
  • Supporting HR process improvement, policy implementation or wider HR work‑streams
  • Experience using BambooHR or a comparable HRIS to support workflows, reporting, data accuracy and process improvement
  • Coordinating with external legal, payroll, benefits or HR providers
  • Supporting a business through a period of growth, integration, M&A or organisational change
  • Balancing HR advisory work with defined office coordination responsibilities
  • Supporting modern leadership, feedback and/or agile ways of working would be an advantage
  • Dynamic work environment with a highly motivated team
  • Entrepreneurial culture, openness, and integrity.
  • A comprehensive onboarding and mentoring program as well as employee events
  • Individual development with extensive training and development programs
  • 30 days annual leave
  • High‑end digital equipment, AI‑based tools and hybrid working
  • Modern, centrally located office space with a variety of healthy snacks
  • Attractive corporate benefits: wellbeing support, E‑Leasing, employee events and much more
