Human Resources Business Partner - Supporting Sales and Customer Success

Up to €110,000 base + equity

We're working with a fast-growing European technology company that's building something genuinely complex, and they're looking for a People Partner to support their commercial organisation as it enters its next stage of growth.

You'll work alongside leaders across GTM, Product and Software Engineering, helping them build stronger teams, make better people decisions and create the kind of organisation that continues to scale well.

If you're happiest talking about performance, leadership, team design and talent rather than policies and administration, you'll probably enjoy this.

What you'll actually be doing:

You'll be helping them answer questions like:

• Do we have the right people in the right roles?
• What does great performance actually look like?
• Who's ready for more responsibility?
• Where are we carrying organisational debt?
• How should this team evolve as we continue to grow?
• What hiring decisions do we need to make over the next 6-12 months?

You'll coach managers, challenge thinking, use data to support decisions and help build an environment where people know what's expected of them and can do their best work.

What they're looking for

• You'll already be partnering with commercial or Go-to-Market teams today.
• You've supported Sales, Customer Success, Revenue, Marketing or Business Development in a scaling technology business.
• You're comfortable sitting with senior leaders, asking difficult questions and challenging decisions when needed.
