Job summary

Hitachi Energy Germany AG is seeking a SAP Expert team lead to guide a cross-functional team across the SAP template landscape. The role focuses on training, process improvement, and harmonization across 17 factories from quotation to shipment, driving digitalization and adherence to standard processes.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years in operational business process management and people leadership, with strong change management and data-analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or digital program implementation in the manufacturing industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management and development.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders at all levels.

• Work with HUB IS and HUB Controller on budget and demand planning.

• Lead the Hub SAP Expert team as line manager and develop the team members.
• Coach less experienced staff and provide training to develop new talent.
• Drive adoption of globally harmonized processes.
• Minimize local customizations in processes.
• Communicate benefits of global processes to stakeholders.
• Secure stakeholders buy-in for change initiatives.
• Assess risks related to change initiatives.
