Job summary

BeWunder is seeking an experienced HSE and Integrated Management Systems specialist for a 3-month freelance assignment in Berlin. You will implement and integrate ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 within German operations and ensure procedures meet ArbSchG, BetrSichV, and DGUV requirements.

You will review risk assessments and HSE procedures, adapt global IMS documentation to German needs, and support audits, inspections, and corrective actions while coordinating with the Global HSE Manager and Berlin

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of German HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience in construction, technical installations, fit-out, events or related industries preferred.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) and English, both written and spoken.

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced HSE & Integrated Management Systems (IMS) specialist to support our Berlin operations on a freelance basis for the duration of 3 months with potential extension, depending on project requirements.

We are seeking someone with strong knowledge of German occupational health and safety legislation, practical experience implementing ISO management systems, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Key responsibilities will include:
