Job summary

TYTAN Technologies is seeking a proactive HR Analytics Intern in Munich to turn data into meaningful HR insights and improve processes. You will ensure high-quality HR data, support reliable reporting, and help streamline HRIS workflows in a fast-paced, international tech environment.

The role suits curious, creative candidates with ownership mindset, fluent English (German a plus), and interest in automation and digital HR tools.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or student in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR analytics, data, and digital technologies.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Comfort with various data analysis tools; automation is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German language is a plus.

• Prepare, extract, and validate HR data from different sources with high quality.
• Maintain and structure HR datasets to support reliable reporting and decisions.
• Support continuous HR reporting: reports, dashboards, insights.
• Ensure smooth data flows & migration between HRIS with accurate validation.
• Support administration and optimization of HRIS for HR processes.

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and hands-on Intern who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and improving HR processes. As an HR Analytics Intern, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality HR data, supporting reliable reporting, and support in making our HR processes seamless and more efficient. This role is Ideal for someone who is curious, creative and enjoys taking ownership.

Your Roadmap to make an Impact

• Prepare, extract, and validate HR data from different sources, ensuring high data quality and consistency.

• Maintain and structure HR datasets to support reliable reporting, analysis, and people-related decision-making.

• Support the continuous HR reporting process, including preparing reports, dashboards, and relevant HR insights.

• Ensure smooth data flows & migration between our HRIS, including transferring, reconciling, and accurately validating employee data.

• Support the administration and optimization of our HRIS, helping ensure that the platform is accurately maintained and effectively used for our HR processes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR data and reporting processes, using digital tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

• A recent graduate or currently enrolled student in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Strong interest in HR analytics, data, and digital technologies.

• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset.

• Confident working with various data analysis tools, an affinity automation is a huge plus.

• Comfortable working with different HR systems and handling data accurately.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to your work.

• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
