United Offshore Support GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced HR Superintendent to own crew operations, workforce planning, recruitment and compliance across our offshore fleet.

You will ensure the right people are in the right places, manage crewing processes, support audits, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus, and you will coordinate international travel, visas and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in crewing, HR or workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of STCW/MLC and crew certification requirements.
• Experience with international crew logistics and planning.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
