Your Tasks
  • Advising managers on personnel matters concerning their assigned executives (direct reports) throughout the Employee Life Cycle
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies as well as national and international legal requirements in personnel matters
  • Preparing, executing, and following up on annual talent, performance, and compensation management processes for senior executives
  • Supporting selection and hiring processes for senior executives
  • Advising managers on employment-related questions and preparing and maintaining contract documentation
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects and managing relevant interfaces and committees
  • Further developing selection processes for senior executives and supporting the digitalization of HR processes
Your Profile
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in operational HR work in an international environment, ideally with a focus on executive support
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and guidelines as well as solid knowledge of labor law and contract design
  • Affinity for HR process digitalization, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
  • Structured and organized working style combined with high reliability and discretion
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a confident demeanor towards executives
  • Very good German and English skills
