Unframe, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Lead to shape how we grow—as a team, culture, and company.

This hands-on, high-impact role partners with managers across EMEA and the US to scale people processes and ensure our people experience scales with the business. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for a global workforce, from offer and onboarding through development and offboarding, partnering with EOR providers.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in an HRBP, People Ops, or similar role.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams, incl. US employment practices.
• Experience managing global employment through Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
• Native-level fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across cultures and levels.
• Proven coaching of managers through performance and employee relations challenges.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Experience in organizational development or talent management is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with managers and team leads across EMEA and the US to support team growth, performance, and employee development.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our global workforce, from offer stage and onboarding through development and offboarding, partnering closely with Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters in a global, cross-cultural environment.
• Lead and continuously improve core HR processes, including performance reviews, feedback cycles, goal setting, and talent planning.
• Coach and support managers through complex employee relations and people challenges across multiple geographies.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, company culture, and the overall employee experience across distributed teams.
• Ensure HR operations, policies, and processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs as the company grows.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Operations, or similar role.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams, with a strong understanding of US employment practices and work culture.
• Experience managing global employment through Employer of Record (EOR) providers, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or other fast-paced environment.
• Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cultures and organizational levels.
• Proven experience coaching managers through performance, organizational, and employee relations challenges.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve.
• Experience with organizational development, leadership coaching, or talent management is a plus.
