We have an immediate opening for an HR Manager for Central Europe in our People Strategy & Unlocking Potential Team. Our team drives the design and implementation of our People Agenda in Central Europe (CE), working closely with the CE Consulting Team Executive People Director and the People Chair. You will support and manage strategic projects for our Consulting Team in key areas, including employer value proposition (EVP), structural HR, as well as diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. You will contribute to ongoing initiatives and will be independently responsible for projects from conception to implementation.
Your tasks will include researching content, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable people concepts. You will support and drive projects end to end, including creating communication materials for diverse audiences and leadership levels. In all your activities, you’ll work together closely with the team, the HR leadership, all other HR departments, and our global and EMESA colleagues. You’ll hold the reins for all of the topics under your responsibility and have a clear eye on the next steps.
