Job requirements and experience

We’re looking for ambitious graduates who are eager to work with people, develop new ideas and take accountability. While HR‑related experience is a plus it is not essential. You’ll bring:

  • A degree (Bsc, MSc or PhD) in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Education or a similar field ideally with a focus on HR
  • A strong sense of responsibility, solution orientation and a proactive mindset
  • Organisational talent, analytical problem‑solving skills and creativity
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English; German is a plus but not required
  • Flexibility and willingness to move between multiple locations
