Einleitung

Are you looking for a versatile role in HR within an innovative internationally oriented company

Then join our team as a HR Generalist (m / f / d) and support us across all administrative operational and development-focused HR topics - from recruiting and payroll preparation to projects aimed at improving our culture and processes.

Your mission

You manage the entire recruiting process job postings and active sourcing to screening applications conducting interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.

You support the onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure a smooth start and exit for our employees.

You maintain personnel files and data in our HRIS (e.g. Personio) and prepare contracts amendments and official documents.

You are the first point of contact for employees for all HR-related questions.

You assist with payroll preparation and provide backup support when needed.

You contribute to internal communications such as the monthly employee newsletter.

You take part in HR projects e.g. optimizing benefits digitalizing processes or analyzing engagement surveys.

You create standard reports in our system tools and provide detailed insights to support HR business partnering.

You support the implementation of AI initiatives both within the HR team and across the entire company.

Your profile

You have completed commercial training a degree with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification.

You have at least 2 years of experience in HR ideally in both (tech) recruiting and HR administration.

You are familiar with HRIS systems such as Personio and digital tools like Google Workspace.

You have excellent German and English skills both written and spoken.

You are communicative enjoy engaging with people and work closely with colleagues and hiring managers.

You are well-organized set clear priorities and enjoy optimizing processes.

You work reliably discreetly and understand the importance of accuracy in HR.

You are a team player with a hands-on mentality who can also drive topics independently.

You already have initial practical experience using AI along the HR value chain.
