Jack Wolfskin is seeking an HR Controller (f/m/d) at our Idstein headquarters, with the forthcoming relocation to Eschborn. You will plan, steer, and control the personnel cost budget for the retail area and collaborate with Finance, Retail, and Planning to ensure accurate forecasting and cost efficiency.

The role requires several years in headcount or personnel cost planning, strong numerical skills, and proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Controlling, HR, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in headcount, workforce, or personnel cost planning, ideally in a retail environment.
• Very good understanding of personnel cost structures and budgeting logic.
• Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers.
• Confident use of Excel and ideally experience with HR and planning tools (e.g. SAP).
• Structured, independent, and communicative working style.

Aufgaben

We are looking for you to join our team in the HR Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a HR Controller (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.
