To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Human Resources department an

HR Business Partner (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for

  • Serving as HR Business Partner for a designated business area by aligning people strategies with organizational goals to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee engagement
  • Providing guidance across the entire employee lifecycle including workforce and succession planning, talent acquisition, performance development and organizational restructurings
  • Advising management on all aspects of labor law, ensuring compliance and minimizing potential risks
  • Supporting change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborating closely with the works council to ensure constructive and transparent communication
  • Contributing to future-oriented HR projects in the area of responsibility while working in close partnership with the broader HR team
Who we are looking for
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • You bring at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, ideally gained in an international environment and through close collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • You have a good understanding of HR practices, employment law and organizational development
  • You are eager to learn in a new environment, embracing our company culture and gaining a deep understanding of our business operations
  • You are skilled at building strong relationships across all levels of the organization and are confident in working with works councils
  • You demonstrate strong intercultural competence and thrive in diverse, international settings
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of English and German
  • You are proficient in presenting and reporting with solid skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
