Senior HR Business Partner

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Identify recruitment needs, oversee the selection process, and directly participate in the recruitment of senior positions.
  • Employee Mobility: Manage internal mobility requests and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Actively support and monitor new employees during their first year to ensure successful integration.
  • Career Development & Talent Management: Work on career development paths, identify high-potential employees, and coordinate talent management initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers and employees through performance assessments, goal setting, and salary review processes.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, advising on HR matters, conflict resolution, and workplace challenges.
  • Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • HR Reporting: Deliver regular, insightful reports to Business Unit heads and the HR Director to support strategic decision‑making.
  • HR Projects: Lead and contribute to cross‑functional HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Training: Define in collaboration with the business the training strategy.
Your profile
  • You have a master’s degree in human resources, Business, Economics or equivalent;
  • Your experience of approximately 10‑15 years in a similar role, ideally in service provider.
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is a real asset;
  • Experience in talent management, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR situations with rigor, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive attitude
