Jobbeschreibung

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing trusted HR guidance in a dynamic, international environment.
• Manage HR operations, including employment contracts, updates, accurate document handling, and maintaining high-quality HR data.
• Take full ownership of the monthly German payroll process, working closely with the external tax advisor and overseeing automated travel and expense workflows.
• Support office administration, including hardware, service providers, vendor reviews, and related internal workflows.
• Ensure smooth operational processes across HR and administration such as performance reviews with a reliable, hands‑on approach.
• Grow by driving automation and taking on new challenges beyond HR and across countries.

We would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR, including practical experience in payroll management.
• Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a diverse work environment with strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.
• Languages: Fluent German and English are required; Chinese is a plus.
