Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm and dedicated Housekeeping Assistant (Bank) at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow. You will help maintain cleanliness and laundry standards as part of a team, following SOPs to deliver hotel-style service in a care home environment.

The role requires compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to resident wellbeing; a DBS check will be required, and eligibility to work in the UK must be demonstrated. Shifts include 07:00–14:00 and 10:00–17:00 as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of health and safety, including moving and handling, fire safety and COSHH.
• Experience cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality housekeeping for residents.
• Able to adapt and cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus asHousekeepingAssistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and laundry aremaintainedin the home. You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service standards are maintained.

• Carrying out all cleaning dutiesin accordance withworksheetinstructions.
• Understandingthe cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring that all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
• Ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that their personal space and belongings are always respected.
