Job summary

Consortio, in partnership with an internationally recognized shipping company based in Hamburg, is hiring a Hotel Operations Specialist to oversee designated hotel operations and budgets. Two years’ managerial hotel operations experience on a cruise ship or ashore, plus ISO and HACCP knowledge, are required.

You will review inventory reports and provide support to hotel sectors in urgent operational matters.

Due to the rapidly expanding team they are currently hiring a Hotel Operations Specialist.

As a Hotel Operations specialist you will be maintaining all designated hotel operational as assigned by the Hotel Operations Manager. You will be creating and reviewing hotel operations budgets and controlling all inventory reports. Plus you will provide support to the respective hotel sectors in the event of urgent operational matters.

To be eligible for this role you need to:

• Two years’ experience in hotel operations in a managerial capacity on a cruise ship or ashore.
• Profound knowledge of ISO and HACCP.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
