About the Role

We are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Cologne & Bonn. Reporting to our Senior Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Landlord Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, addressing their needs and ensuring alignment with our standards.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee third‑party service providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
  • Property Maintenance: Implement a proactive maintenance program to keep our properties in top condition.
  • Brand Experience: Contribute to enhancing the Numa brand and ensuring consistent guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimize costs, and track key performance indicators.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.
