Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Availability

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.

Qualifications

Education – High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Supervisor/Managerial Experience – Not required. Language – CEFR B2 fluency in English & German required.
