Zusammenfassung

RemoteLeads is seeking an interim Registrar leader to guide the registration department staff, oversee projects, and drive day-to-day operations for higher education clients.

You will partner with ERP platforms (Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday), train end users, assess processes, implement improvements, and advise on policy and staffing alignment across multiple client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a college or university Registrar.
• Experience with a higher education ERP system such as Ellucian Colleague, Banner, Jenzabar, or Workday.
• Hands-on experience with registration functionality and the ability to train end users.
• Experience assessing registrar operations and recommending process improvements.
• Experience recommending policy changes, staffing changes, and organizational alignment changes when appropriate.
• Strong leadership skills, including facilitating diverse groups and building consensus.
• Ability to prepare organizations and individuals for change and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach with clients.
• Experience with other ERP solutions or additional higher education functional areas is a plus.
• Ability to work in full-time or part-time 1099 consulting arrangements is preferred.
