EWOR GmbH in Mannheim seeks a HealthTech Founding AI Engineer to join a fully remote role. You will own end-to-end architecture from prototype to production in cutting-edge HealthTech domains.

You will translate strategic vision into execution roadmaps, lead core 0-to-1 initiatives, and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities.

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
