Huron helps its clients drive growth, enhance performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve. We help healthcare organizations build innovation capabilities and accelerate key growth initiatives, enabling organizations to own the future, instead of being disrupted by it. Together, we empower clients to create sustainable growth, optimize internal processes and deliver better consumer outcomes.

Health systems, hospitals and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care. Investing in new partnerships, clinical services and technology is not enough to create meaningful and substantive change. To succeed long-term, healthcare organizations must empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates and communities to build cultures that foster innovation to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

Joining the Huron team means you’ll help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise.

Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.

At Huron Senior Directors create a high-performance environment—inspiring the respect of clients and engagement teams alike. Through strong leadership and unmatched industry expertise, they ensure Huron’s success—and shape the industry as a whole. They model and instill in others Huron values as well as personal commitment and integrity.

Another key function Senior Directors carry out is to serve as engagement leaders—working closely with client senior leaders and directing the Huron team - ensuring the overall success of the project. They successfully close new business, deliver sales and industry presentations, participate in negotiations, and close contracts for new work. They also cultivate lasting, trusted advisor business relationships which bring forth positive references—and that translates to new revenue.

The roles Senior Directors play require considerable responsibility and—as a result—offer great personal reward. True excellence begins at the top…with leaders dedicated to producing lasting, positive results. Let’s get to work – together.

At Huron, we help healthcare organizations transform their digital capabilities to improve clinical and financial outcomes. • Leverage industry relationships and executive presence to identify new opportunities, expand client partnerships, and represent Huron as a trusted advisor within the healthcare technology market.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and developing relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare technology ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
