Alignerr is seeking a Health Policy & Management — AI Data Trainer to help evaluate and improve health QA reasoning in AI systems.

A Masters in Public Health and strong knowledge in epidemiology/biostatistics or health policy are required; no AI background needed.

We're looking for public health professionals with graduate-level training to help evaluate and improve how leading AI models reason about epidemiology, health policy, biostatistics, and global health equity.

What You'll Do

• Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create challenging, real-world problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, clinical trial interpretation, and policy analysis
• Author Gold-Standard Responses — Write rigorous, evidence-based solutions that draw on peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and authoritative guidelines (CDC, WHO, and more)
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical consistency, and adherence to ethical standards
• Catch Misinformation — Identify gaps in the AI's health reasoning, flag misleading conclusions, and distinguish correlation from causation in health data
• Improve AI Communication — Provide structured feedback that helps models communicate health risks clearly and sensitively across diverse populations

Who You Are

• Hold a Masters in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or a closely related graduate degree
• Have strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
• Can translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written information
• Apply a high level of precision when working with statistical significance, citations, and health intervention logic
• No prior AI experience required — your subject matter expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
• Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance
