Rohlik Group in Berlin seeks a Head of Warehouse Projects to own end-to-end delivery, automation integration, and the operational handover of our European fulfillment centers. You will lead the FC Implementation team, establishing project management frameworks across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.

The role requires 5+ years in CapEx warehouse automation, a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA.

• Education: Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of conveyors, racking, and automated warehouse systems.
• Certifications & Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification; strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
• Leadership & Mobility: Proven team management skills, hands-on mindset, and willingness for international travel.
• Preferred: Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or exposure to emerging robotics.
