Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology seeks a leader to drive the strategic and operational development of Systems Engineering in the DUV environment. You will establish standards, roles, and interfaces for architecture, requirements management, roadmaps, and decision processes.

The role develops technical and disciplinary leadership, harmonizes activities across products and programs, and ensures consistent roadmaps and interfaces in alignment with product management and development.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree (ideally PhD) in engineering or natural sciences.
• Many years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or technical program management of complex high-tech systems.
• Proven technical and/or disciplinary leadership responsibility as well as team/role development.
• Proficient in systems engineering methods, requirements management, system architecture, roadmaps, and program management.
• Ability to structure and present complex technical, economic, and organizational contexts in a decision-ready way.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, assertiveness, and confident presence at all levels (including internationally).
