Commercial Development Manager, Strategic partnerships CMO’s

As a Commercial Development Manager you are a strategic relationship builder with a passion for driving commercial growth through impactful partnerships. You will lead and expand Datwyler’s relationship with a global network of Contract Manufacturing Organizations, playing a key role in identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships that broaden our market reach and enhance our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential C(D)MO partners aligned with Datwyler’s long-term growth strategy.
  • Build and manage strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that create mutual value and drive commercial success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align and execute partnership initiatives.
  • Develop joint go-to-market activities including co-branding, cross-promotions, and strategic marketing.
  • Monitor partnership performance through KPIs and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities that enhance our competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in business development or strategic partnerships within healthcare or parenteral packaging.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
