Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a seasoned SOC leader to manage and continuously improve the Security Operations Center. You will lead a team of analysts, coordinate high-severity incident responses, and drive automation and playbook enhancements in collaboration with the Detection Engineering team.

The role emphasizes incident containment, operational reporting, and ongoing improvement of security monitoring and response capabilities within the Henkel environment.

Qualifications

• Identify operational improvements, automation opportunities for SOC

• Assess cyber incident impact and drive containment actions
• Serve as SME for security monitoring, response, and investigations
• Provide regular reporting on incidents and SOC trends

• Assess the impact of cyber security incidents within Henkel's environment and drive appropriate response and containment actions
• Serve as the subject matter expert for security monitoring, incident response, and cyber security investigations
• Provide regular reporting on security incidents, operational trends, and SOC performance to management
