What you will do:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Growth team to ensure high performance, professional growth, and alignment with company objectives. Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and workflows.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring optimal terms for the company.

  • Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech).

Who you are:
  • You successfully built and led teams of 5+ Account Executives, Sales Managers or Account Managers

  • You are a role model and have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. You built and managed your own pipeline (from lead generation to customer success). You achieved and overachieved ambitious sales targets.

  • You demonstrated that you can leverage customer insights to improve existing products and services in collaboration with other functional teams

  • You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English and are an excellent French speaker

  • Strong understanding of the French market and business landscape.

  • You have experience in competitive and fast paced environments, such as consulting, VC or hyper growth start‑ups
