A leading maritime emissions data company is seeking a Head of Revenue based in Hamburg. In this role, you will lead and scale global commercial operations, driving revenue growth through new business development. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in leading sales teams in B2B SaaS environments and possess strong strategic and analytical skills. This position requires hands-on leadership, the ability to thrive in dynamic environments, and superior stakeholder management capabilities.
As Head of Revenue, based at our Hamburg HQ, you lead and scale OceanScore’s global commercial operations. SaaS solutions are at the core of our business, supplemented by data products – all driving efficiency and transparency in managing maritime emissions and respective regulation. You own the company’s revenue performance — building the strategy, structure, and processes that turn opportunities into sustainable growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support, ensuring commercial excellence across all product lines and regions.
You’ll operate in a fast-moving, intellectually demanding environment where analytically sharp thinking, strategy and real-world execution go hand in hand while you drive smart problem solving, curiosity, and substance. As part of the Management Team (alongside the Managing Directors, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, Head of Customer Support, and Head of People & Culture), you shape OceanScore’s overall direction while leading a distributed team of seven key account managers and one revenue ops specialist (based in Hamburg, Greece, Japan, and Singapore) — with more to come as you scale the function.
