Job summary

Ali Aydi seeks a Head of Product to own and scale our product function in Berlin. This hands-on IC role puts you at the helm with the founders and engineering team, driving discovery, prioritisation and delivery of AI products for enterprise customers.

You’ll shape the product function, establish processes and rituals, and, as the team grows, hire and mentor others. Fluency in English and German, 5+ years in product management, and a startup mindset are essential.

We’re a fast-growing AI company building agents for complex, high-stakes enterprise workflows in public procurement, one of Europe’s largest and least digitised markets. Our product takes on the slow, manual, document-heavy work behind public tenders. That saves businesses and the public sector a great deal of wasted time and money.

The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Product to own and scale our product function. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role. You’ll be the most senior product person in the company and work directly with the founders and engineering team. You’ll personally drive discovery, prioritisation and delivery. As we grow, you’ll set up how the product function works: its processes, rituals and culture. When the time is right, you’ll hire the team around you.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• 5+ years in product management or a closely related role (founder, early operator, consulting into product), with a strong record of shipping.
• A startup operator at heart. You’ve done your best work at early‑stage companies, ideally as one of the first product hires or as a founder. Experience only at large corporates won’t be the right fit for this role.
• A strong all‑rounder, as comfortable setting strategy as writing a detailed spec, debugging an edge case or jumping on a sales call.
• Exceptional product sense and user empathy. You look past the surface of a feature request to find the root problem.
• Technically curious. You don’t need a CS degree or coding skills, but you’re confident working with engineers and exploring what AI can and can’t do.
• A clear communicator who uses both qualitative and quantitative reasoning to make and explain decisions.
• Based in Berlin or ready to relocate.
• Fluent in English and German (required for our customer base).
• Nice to have: B2B or enterprise software experience (strongly preferred), hands‑on work with AI/LLM products, or exposure to public sector or regulated markets.
