Advantest is a global leader in automatic test equipment for the semiconductor industry. Our V93000 platform is used to test many of the world's most advanced semiconductor devices. We are looking for a Head of Performance & Testing Teams to lead the Performance, Measurement Validator, and Test Development teams within 93K SW R&D. The teams improve SmarTest performance and scalability, establish performance monitoring and telemetry, measure V93000 accuracy, and support development teams with system- and application-level testing. This role requires an experienced leader with strong knowledge of software engineering, testing, performance, V93000 applications, and semiconductor test. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. This is a senior, hands-on role based in Böblingen, with partial remote work possible.
