A leading fashion e-commerce company based in Berlin is looking for a Head of PPB Finance to lead their financial strategy and team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior business leaders to drive financial planning and execution, ensuring robust financial support for the platform's growth. Applicants should have over 10 years of experience in finance, a strong problem-solving mindset, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. A "platform-first" approach drives business dynamics & creates value through relevant customer experiences. Our priority is increasing platform attractiveness and partner profitability, as their success is crucial for the platform's overall effectiveness.
As a Head of PPB Finance (all genders), you are the go-to person with respect to all financial aspects of the Platform business. You & your team are responsible for the financial planning, steering & execution of the business strategy to exponentially grow the platform business in a profitable manner. In addition, you will also lead and drive financial workstreams and business cases to ensure our investments in the program deliver the highest ROI and that we focus on delivering the biggest building blocks in 2026 and beyond. Your key stakeholder will be the VP of PPB. In addition, you will collaborate closely across senior business leaders (within PPB and across Propositions) as well as across finance teams (Business Finance Organisation, FP&A & Accounting).
