As Head of New Business Sales EU (m / f / d) you’ll lead our European new business function driving growth across Germany and the UK and helping some of Europe’s biggest retailers adopt VoCoVo for the first time.
Reporting to the VP of Sales EU you’ll be accountable for delivering new revenue through enterprise customers, shaping our European new business strategy and leading teams of Germany‑based Senior Business Development Managers and UK‑based Business Development Managers. Your focus is firmly on winning new logos and securing large‑scale retail rollouts, playing a critical role in VoCoVo’s continued European expansion.

We’re looking for a commercially driven, people‑focused sales leader who thrives on winning complex enterprise deals and building teams that consistently deliver new business. You’re comfortable setting direction, leading from the front when needed, and creating clarity, pace and accountability across your teams.
You bring strong commercial judgement, use data to inform decisions and work closely with Marketing, Product and Client Accounts to ensure new customers are set up for long‑term success.
Demonstrated success executing international new business and go‑to‑market strategies.
Deep understanding of long, complex enterprise sales cycles (9–18 months).
Strong forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred).
Confident engaging and negotiating with senior and C‑suite stakeholders.
Fluent German and English.
Salary range: 135,000 – 150,000 base salary per year plus commission.
