This role offers the opportunity to define and lead the marketing strategy for a highly technical, developer-first product operating at global scale. You will own the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness to lead generation, and play a central role in expanding adoption across new audiences and use cases. Working closely with senior leadership and engineering teams, you will shape positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market motions. The environment is fast‑paced, highly autonomous, and impact-driven, with a strong focus on execution and measurable results. You will have the freedom to build new marketing playbooks while maintaining high standards across all external communications. This position combines strategic ownership with hands‑on leadership in a fully remote setup.

Accountabilities
  • Define, build, and own the end-to-end marketing strategy, covering brand, content, social media, SEO, paid channels, and community engagement
  • Take full ownership of the marketing funnel, driving awareness, lead generation, and conversion through high-impact channels
  • Design and execute repeatable marketing motions, with a strong focus on social platforms such as YouTube and Reddit
  • Establish and scale a robust content strategy that clearly communicates complex technical value propositions to both technical and business audiences
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to refine market positioning, pricing narratives, and overall product storytelling
  • Develop, track, and report on marketing KPIs to ensure performance, accountability, and return on investment
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and sales teams to align messaging, features, and market demand
  • Source, manage, and grow strategic partnerships to expand reach within adjacent ecosystems
Requirements
