We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our growing marketing organization across the core areas: performance marketing, branding, PR, content, and design. As a key member of the growth leadership team, you will shape and execute our marketing strategy, elevate our brand presence, and scale our marketing engine to fuel our growth.
You will bring a holistic understanding of the entire marketing funnel: combining data driven performance insights with brand thinking, and know how to translate marketing initiatives into business impact.
You will manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team while bringing clarity, vision, and structure to the function.
Define and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary marketing team.
Drive predictable pipeline and revenue impact through data-driven performance marketing and budget ownership.
Strengthen brand positioning, messaging, PR, and overall market presence.
Oversee product marketing initiatives, including value propositions, competitive positioning, launch plans, and sales enablement.
Own content strategy and execution across all channels to support acquisition and brand awareness.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Ops to drive an effective SaaS go-to-market motion.
2+ years of experience leading a marketing team, with demonstrated experience developing and mentoring a team while creating clarity and strategic direction.
Proven experience across different marketing disciplines: from performance marketing to content & PR or Product marketing.
Familiar with SaaS go-to-market motions, including PLG, sales-led, or hybrid models.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and manage budgets.
Skilled at building scalable marketing systems, processes, and frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments, knows how to balance strategy with execution.
Fluent in English, German language skills are a big plus.
