What you can expect
  • You lead and develop the marketing team
  • You design and implement a holistic B2B marketing strategy along the customer journey
  • You manage collaboration with external agencies and service providers
  • You are responsible for lead generation and enrichment to acquire new customers, as well as product communication in coordination with international sales units
  • You conceptualize, design, and execute campaigns across digital channels and continuously optimize ROAS
  • You introduce and further develop a data-driven lead scoring model
  • You use marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns
  • You coordinate and centralize international marketing activities and manage country-specific budget allocation
  • You plan and manage participation in trade fairs and industry events, including budget responsibility and you oversee and further develop the company website
  • You work closely with Sales, Product Management, Data Intelligence, and Legal
  • You manage content production with a focus on relevant B2B topics such as whitepapers, case studies, and expert contributions
  • You take full responsibility for a significant marketing budget

  • You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
