Almetra is seeking a Head of Marketing to build its marketing function from the ground up, taking full ownership from positioning to demand engine. You’ll work with the founders and GTM leadership to shape market perception of the Deltia offering and set the foundation for scalable growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on branding and messaging, building repeatable demand motions, and gradually forming the initial marketing team as the company scales in a hybrid work environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to build Almetra's marketing function from the ground up. This is a full-stack ownership role — from defining our positioning and narrative to building the initial demand engine and setting the foundation for future scale.

You will work directly with the founders and GTM leadership to shape how the market understands Deltia, create repeatable demand motions, and build the early marketing team over time.

What you’ll do

• Own positioning and messaging across all customer-facing surfaces

• Build and execute the go-to-market strategy across digital, content, events and partnerships

• Design and run demand generation / ABM programs that convert into revenue

• Create high-leverage content, case studies, and thought leadership with founders and customers

• Establish marketing metrics, reporting cadence and operational rhythm

• Gradually build and lead the marketing team as the function scales

You are

• 5–10 years in B2B SaaS or deep-tech marketing, ideally with enterprise or industrial customer experience

• Full-stack: strong at both narrative/positioning and performance/demand execution

• Experienced in building marketing foundations from zero, not just optimizing an existing machine

• Comfortable working directly with founders and sales to rapidly test and iterate messaging

• Capable of transitioning from hands-on execution to team leadership as we scale
