Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based 40min away from Düsseldorf for the Head of Manufacturing. The Head of Manufacturing will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, manage manufacturing teams, and maintain quality control standards. They will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing strategies, optimizing production processes, and meeting production targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with other departments to align manufacturing with overall company goals, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
