Tasks

• Provide strategic leadership for the IT Operations sub-department
• Foster global collaboration and ensure efficient resource utilization by coaching and supporting the sub-department and its employees in roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution
• Ensure appropriate team capacity, skills, and experience while supporting the local management with input for performance reviews and development plans from a professional and strategic point of view
• Develop and assist high-performing teams through strategic mentoring and coaching
• Lead the IT Operations sub-department with strategic vision and direction
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and implement strategic roadmaps, driving innovation, and strategy through best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
• Develop and implement team policies and procedures, while contributing to budget planning and ensuring alignment of change initiatives with both business goals and the departmental strategy
• Ensure IT security, compliance, and reliability through the whole organization

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a strong focus on servant leadership, team empowerment, and professional expertise
• Strong understanding of IT operations, industry best practices, and the technical fundamentals needed to effectively lead expert teams
