Your Mission – What you’ll do:

• Take full responsibility for the preparation and consolidation of the group and annual financial statements of the holding and management companies, including monthly and quarterly interim reports
• Lead the management of participations across the group
• Ensure company‑wide governance, particularly compliance with accounting policies
• Review economic and financial matters, prepare statements and decision papers for senior management
• Drive continuous improvement of financial and accounting processes and their system integration
• Oversee and develop the consolidation software systems
• Enhance the group’s finance reporting to provide insightful and timely information

Your Profile – What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
• Confident and professional appearance, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, and a high degree of discretion
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, especially HGB, and proven experience in group accounting of international corporate groups
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
