Personio seeks a Head of Functional Consulting – SAP Life Sciences to lead and develop a global SAP Functional Consulting organization from Freiburg. You will shape the strategy, build capabilities, and ensure high-quality project delivery across a regulated Life Sciences environment.

You will work with executive leadership to drive growth, governance, and customer success, while mentoring an international team of SAP consultants and aligning with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Head of Functional Consulting – SAP Life Sciences to lead and develop our global SAP Functional Consulting organization.
In this strategic leadership role, you willbe responsible forbuilding a high-performing consulting organization, developing people and capabilities, and ensuring exceptional project delivery across our global customer base. You will work closely with executive leadership to shape the future of our consulting business while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.
This role combines strategic leadership, organizational development, delivery governance, and customer success within the MedTech and Life Sciences industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of SAP Functional Consultants and Team Leads
