Job Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and support business growth
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for the EU Business Unit
• Implement robust controlling processes to monitor financial performance
• Identify and mitigate financial risks across projects and markets
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, advisors, and external stakeholders
• Work closely with corporate teams and country‑level finance teams to align financial objectives
• Establish and lead a high‑performing finance team within the EU BU
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within finance processes and systems

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field
• 10–15 years experience in finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is essential
• Ability to shape and drive the financial vision of the organization by aligning financial strategies with overall business objectives
• Competence to manage complex projects and drive transformation
• Ability to generate creative solutions for financial challenges and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities paired with excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills
• Relevant finance or accounting certifications preferred
• Proficiency in English language; any other European language is a plus
